The hotel was not fully prepared upon our check-in, and the noise from the store room next to our room was disruptive. However, the service provided by Jayden and his team, particularly the guest relation officer Ms Evgeniia, was remarkable. The location is ideal for business travelers in Tianhe, despite the loud music playing. Dining experience was exceptionally good in the lounge.
The hotel was amazing, spacious, and luxurious. The rooms were great, but not as clean as I expected. The service was very friendly and helpful, making sure we had a wonderful dining experience. The location was good, although a bit distant from some attractions. The dining experience was superb with lots of variety.
The hotel room was nice, and the bathroom was also nice with fully equipped amenities, one of the best I've stayed in Guangzhou. However, the cleanliness was a major issue with dirty bed covers, unclean cups, and dust all over the room, which was quite surprising compared to Sofitel Dubai.
The hotel offers spacious and clean rooms with great amenities and a warm welcome. The housekeeping staff is extremely friendly and helpful. However, the initial restocking could be better. The location is convenient for unwinding and exploring. The dining experience is superb with a varied spread. Overall, a great stay experience.
My stay at the hotel was perfect for what I needed it for. The massage at the Spa was amazing, and the 24hr gym was a nice bonus. However, the rooms were not consistent with what they sold me, the service needs much improvement for a so-called 5-star hotel, and there were people smoking on non-smoking floors with no action taken by the staff. Moreover, the loud 11:30pm parties in the neighboring rooms went unresolved despite my complaints to the front desk.
The hotel is in a safe area of Guangzhou, close to many restaurants and a short taxi ride away from major shopping centers. The rooms are well-furnished with attention to detail, but not as spacious as expected. Communication with the staff was a bit challenging due to language barriers, and there were no compensations for inconveniences. The dining experience was delightful with a variety of international options.
The rooms had too many dark spots and were very dirty, surprising compared to Sofitel Dubai. Despite checking in early at 7:00 AM, the room was not ready. However, the hotel staff were exceptional in customer service and very friendly, yet they struggled with resolving the wifi and mobile network issue. The location was in Tianhe district, far from shopping areas, with loud modern music playing. The dining options were limited, with fabulous Chinese-style food in the club lounge. The hotel facilities were good.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were disappointing, with cleanliness concerns, but they were comfortable. The lack of information provided was frustrating. On the positive side, the staff's quick understanding of my preferences stood out as exceptional.
